3. Pour Over Filtered Coffee

5. Café Americano

To prepare Café Lungo, one needs a similar amount of coffee as Espresso. However, to lengthen the brewing time, twice amount of water is added. With greater amount of water, the preparation time is extended.

In terms of preparation, Ristretto (Restricted in Italian) is the exact opposite of Lungo. As explained above, in order to prepare Lungo, the extraction time is lengthened. However, in case of Ristretto, the preparation time is shortened.
Ristretto is a concentrated version of espresso coffee, normally defined as the short shot of a highly concentrated Espresso coffee. The difference as compared to espresso is the smaller amount of water is pushed through very fine grind of coffee. In this way, the preparation time is short and the resultant product is a more concentrated and rich Ristretto cup.
When it comes to flavor, Ristretto is more concentrated and therefore much sweeter and richer. However, in terms of caffeine content, both Ristretto and Espresso are comparable for similar amount of coffee.
8. Moka Pot Coffee
